20 to 30% inflation is not considered a crisis in argentina. People are just primed to e think in these inflationary ways. And so the argentinians can tolerate higher levels of inflation than most other societies. But that got me wondering, how does this kind of black market work at em? It's very well established structure of more or less formal dealing in currency.
