The Speed of Trust

The speed of trust is that low trust creates friction, or causes friction. Ad you would think maybe businesses wouldbeall bit more immune from that but i still see certainly a lot of practices that are like that. You couldn't be more correct about the lack of trust. And i think it's obvious at the political and governmental level. But when i talk about friction, i sometimes get pushed back but, oh, yes, we know all about that.
