If you give it the right amount of stimulus, the brain develops and focus develops. And if you give it too much focus, too much stress and too much anxiety, or too much stimulus, the focus centres are actually developed in a bad way for the rest of your life. It's not an excuse to sleep 12 hours. No nough for us. Ah, seven to eight hours.
