i think people aren't going to do the right thing unless it's made easier for them. Three out of four people who by a plant based burghers in supermarkets like beyond burghers and possible burgers, are actually meat eaters. If animal agriculture had to exist in a free market, it would fail. It's propped up in america by about 38 billion dollars a year in subsidies. The industry isn't held accountable for its environmental destruction,. which is completely unparalleled. We should have a tax on meat. And what i think we just need to stop artificially deflating the cost. Ah, so if meat simply cost what it costs then you wouldn't consume far, far less
