Your Best Blood Sugar Control Is in the Morning

There's an optimal time of day for us to do all sort of tasks or aspects of our metabolism behavior. We're most likely to go to sleep at night when the body secretes the sleep hormone melatonin. And conversely, the highest testosterone levels are usually in the morning. Your best blood sugar control is alsousually in the morning in most people. If you eat early in the day, it seems to help you lose weight or improve your appetite and your blood pressure.
