Breathing Is So Natural and You Relax

Take a deep breath into your stomach as you inhale and exhale. Focus your thinking in your stomach and make sure your breathing is happening through your stomach. Slowly inhale for the count of four and exhale to the count of six. If I take a long breath out you trigger my vagus nerves which helps me relax.
