In the past, Glenda used to be terrified of not understanding other people. She found herself just simply asking people to clarify what they meant. And marcello has taken many, many, many different english classes before an only insight of new sound. He used to not want to speak because he did not like the sound of his voice. But after learning how to love it, that gave him hope and kept him talking.
