Is Fattering Something That Can Happen to Capitalism?

If there were to be any escape route from the cycle between global and territorial capitalism, it would be through some kind of class struggle. The difficulty is that if the conditions are never right, then the cycle just continues. It's sooner or later if the fattering kicks in, if fattering is really something that can happen with capitalism,. And I think that's really the central question at the root of whether Marxism is on to something interesting or it's not.
