Time in terms of going and watching coaches coach volunteering with programs where there's a coaching and elite space that you respect or you like something that they do. I think being able to be your authentic self but watch how coaches coach correct apply the knowledge that they have that's where you're able to gauge a little bit of a game plan for yourself, Mark says.
