The Importance of Friendship in Christian Life

During Lent what we're thinking of is the kinds of things that make us who the Lord really wants us to be. And I think that's why friendship is so important because in God's plan and his design and origins of the universe as Genesis puts it man was not made to be alone. We were made to be in communion with other people and we were made to being in communion with God. So oftentimes we say oh my gosh these friends are a distraction from God or maybe they're taking me away from God but ultimately we want to see friendships as a chosen instrument, like a lowercase squote with a sense of scare you know right?
