The Doobative Potential of Verbs

I would call the doobative potential probably is more likely really a modern term. I mean it means things like might rule might have ruled perhaps will rule so it has potential as a mood already though. He's got an entire discussion of semantic classes for his verbs with lots of discussion there. Unfortunately it doesn't really do me any good because I haven't learned his language and I'm not going to.
