The key word in that sentence you just read is meaningful, meaningful feedback. The manager sets the tone for feedback and can initiate a lot of it. But it should go both ways. Not only give the manager some feedback, but ask, ask the manager for feedback at the right time. There's we've found different categories of ongoing conversations that are useful to people.
