How to Find Your Niche in Transfusion Medicine

A lot of the people that listen to my podcast are trying to figure out, you know, where is their niche? And I guess what I'd love if you could share just a little bit of your story with us, in particular. What was it about transfusion medicine that got you interested and excited? And what is it that keeps you excited now? Yeah, it's,you know, transfusion medicine. But I don't always think of myself so much. I think of transfusion medicine of the red cell side more, because coming up as an SBB and that kind of thing. It's a good busy though.
