What Are the Non-Obvious Effects of the Pandemic?

I think that we haven't thought about really the kinds of changes that are going to be needed because it goes beyond transit. I think demand for housing has gone up because people now want office space in their homes. It turns out that you need to constantly maintain social norms. You see more air rage, restaurants and so forth complaining about more customers behaving badly. There's all of these problems that are actually huge problems.
