Sally Kohn: A lot of memoirs struggle with what to share and what to tell. And that reminds me, or this, your story reminds me of, we interviewed for Jose Dumas,. She's a Persian writer and one of the things she talked about was, what was duty to family at times. So, I am curious, did you experience anything like this or worry about how you chose to portray either your family or Sri Lanka or the Muslim faith more broadly?
