As we think about being good leaders in the work place, the biggest gift that we can give to our employees is flexibility. I've mentioned on my prodcast as well, having a family member who recently was diagnosed with damentia. And it's actually hitting dave far worse than me, because dave ended up being the power of attorney in this situation. But when we do that for employees, it's just so much more motivating.
