Is There Still a Carbon Tax?

A carbon tax is important, but there are several issues with it. The most important one is probably political feasibility of a carbon tax high enough to solve the problem. Other countries and other parts of the world will not do that. So in other words, we're going to get some carbon prices, but they're not going to be sufficient to solve theproblem.
