Damien: I had this conversation with my wife the other day. How do you create struggle for your kids without making them struggle? It's still their responsibility to deal with those things turn them around and make them a success. This is one of the things that we enjoy talking about on the podcast, wasn't it fault versus responsibility? You know it's not necessarily the fault of Kelly Holmes or Dylan Hartley or anyone listening to this  the kinds of things that they've been through no matter how harrowing and difficult they are.
