The last e d test we need to talk about in the evaluation of the patient for syncope is pocus. There was a paper that suggests that pocus might actually be useful for picking out those patients who seem like their low risk from history, but they are high risk. What are your thoughts on the value of pocus to help identify or restratify patients with syncopy?
