How did we get to a place where this opportunity even exists? What drove pricing to here? In pricing in terms o ds bonds, why are yields so high? Now if you see the there's a problem with yields being this high. How came we have this opportunity? Because there is a narrative based around inflation,. which is ingrained in the market based on one episode only and coincided with demographics of baby boomrs all hitting kind of 25 to 30 at the same time.
