When, when do you pull the trigger on prescribing a PPI? If they're not already on one, which seems like a miracle at this point. The short term risk is pretty low, especially if you're going to get them off the aspirin, right? Because sure, P two, I, 12's black platelet activity or an equivalence block, throw a bottle cascade. Aspirin is the problem because it actually directly rotates the stomach lining also, right?
