Kelly Link's Skinders Vale

I love when authors can do it. When they, you know, sort of create a situation where you've got to reach the end to find out what happens and you're just on the edge of your seat going, oh my gosh, please don't mess this up for tag. The way that Kelly was able to bring some of those elements in I thought was really masterful and really unusual. And so yeah, I got that story was really successful on a lot of fronts of what she was doing. But I'm also like a big like chicken. So tension makes me really uncomfortable.
