Muhtaars and Erdogan's Communication Strategy
The Muhtaar meetings were broadcast on TV and also commented a lot in the pro-governmental media. They're very big and it has been used I think these Muhtaars have been used as a symbol of the people of the people. Most of the time he speaks about general policy including most of the time about issues that are not really of interest to most MuhtAars.
