The Role of Fairy in Witchcraft
When you say fairy and the fairy tradition, I don't think we're talking about the little people here. Primarily our tradition is an American branch of modern witchcraft that has very old roots. There's some compelling evidence that our tradition stems back to a pre-Gardenarian in heaven that existed in Oregon in the 1920s called the Harpies. But when we talk about fairy in our tradition, it's really in resonance with the idea of the old pagan practitioners of Ireland that were called fairy doctors.
