How to Respond to a Question in a Mock Interview

The interview should really still feel like a conversation most of the time. Do make sure you listen to the entire question before responding. And do know that it's ok to pause a bit before answering. You may feel like you've been, like, letting an awkward silence go for an hour but in reality is only about three seconds.
