Some of the best work I ever did was literally on a three week surf trip to Costa Rica. People are waking up to this reality that it's much more about the quality of the work as opposed to some of these proxy metrics, like the amount of hours that you spend in the chair. Families and businesses have fundamentally different goals. Familial relationships, however, are unconditional at will employment by definition is not loyalty the business will always super seat loyalty to employees.
