We know that the big three are diet sleep and exercise mental health is also really important but among the physical things we can do if you had to force rank those three levers how would you rank them? Well as a general rule I would go exercise nutrition sleep but the gap between exercise and the other two is a chasm, so there's just a lot of weirdness there.
