The Supreme Court is going to hear oral arguments for a case called Moore v Harper this week on Wednesday. If the court embraces ISL, it could have dire consequences for the integrity of future elections in the United States. The two women are facing trumped-up criminal charges in the Philippines after their news site exposed corruption there.
