How I Become a Journalist

After Columbia Journalism School, he worked for Time Magazine and the New York Times. He then went into cable television with CBS Cable before being hired by CBS Magazine to try to turn magazines into TV programs. When that job ended, he became magazine editor of Overnight - which is still going strong 10 years later. "I'm so old-fashioned I still miss the paper versions," says Bob Greene.
