Compute Arms Race: TPUs vs. NVIDIA GPUs

The pace of new AI developments could now be making OpenAI feel nervous, with CEO Sam Altman reportedly issuing a ‘code red’ in a memo to employees, asking them to refocus efforts on its core ChatGPT product. The memo could be proof that the once-AI leader’s moat is breached.
