The hours that the seller spending aren't necessarily hours that the buyer is going to be spending as well. I always encourage buyers to talk to the sellers and not just take that number at face value. Buyers come in, they want to hire a team to take over what the seller was doing before. They already have them on the team, it requires some design skills.
