Sloney Dressing in the Seventies and Eighties
Sloane is an area of london where, you know, the rich live and lived. In the late seventies and early eighties, it was kind of these pie crust collars and these long pleated skirts. It wasn't really fashionable to any one else at the time. The interesting thing about sloney dressing is it's almost kind of imen, i guess, the equivalent in the us. You could say it's like rich girl dressing, or in new york, apreside dressing.
