What Are Your Condiments?
We do love our condiments in the UK. I don't object to it, per se. It's just, I don't want gravy with fish. The other alternative is curry sauce - but I've always opted for mushy peas and tartan sauce. When I did find out how the original brown sauce was made, the vast array of ingredients that it originally consisted of, I was quite surprised. You never have too much mustard... not me personally.
