Early Career Researchers - Is There a Cultural Shift?

Early career researchers are probably a bit more nervous coming on to a podcast and talking about themselves and their science. But i dun'tno, just be good to think of ways to engage people at those different career levels. I always assure everyone when i'm interviewing them that if there's any place hat they need be edited, just let us now, and and we'll take it out.
