How Do You Do Warmups?

I'm really big on auto learning how to auto regulate all aspects of your training huge on that, because that can determine what you're going to do after three reps of a set. Sometimes the right answer might be, you know, it set it down. Lower the way you do another. It's just an intuition thing that you walk into the gym. 100 percent. I know you can do it. You can be like, I got to go either do this for legs today or that today. And then other days you feel great and as the session goes on, you actually sometimes feel worse. Yes, not effectively.
