The Status of a Lawyer in the Indictment
In the indictment, Epstein was not referred to as a lawyer. They did immunize Cash Patel, who is himself a lawyer too. If what he's doing is setting up press releases and figuring out ways to get people interviewed by One America Network, that is not legal work even though lawyers do it sometimes. There would be a real review of what it was that Epstein says he did that counted as legal work that allowed him to assert privilege.
