And i think we need to acknowledge and appreciate that many of these types of diet have remarkable effects at reducing calorie intake. It's easy to lose weight, generally speaking but sustaining thatcalory deficit becomes the problem. The type of person that can restrict carbohydrates, then that becomes a sustainable way for you to moderate your calories. There is something, too, to the idea f that body composition is a huge factor in longevity. Just pay attention to eating good but i think is important too.
