I Love Private Equity Integrity
Brian: I love the idea of building partnership, build partners with your employees. And private equity integrity is also an interesting example of something notable, and, again, somewhat radical, that you do around compensation and ownership. You can make an argument that we need to be more like bill walsh when it comes to giving away what's most valuable in our business. Brians' own firm has taken a similar approach by offering stock as part of its deal-making process.
