i lost 34 pounds. I've lost forty now. It was a wat. i went from, i think i got pregnant last time at one 55, and i ended at 215 pounds. That's incredible,. because ike, i came to see you at two, 15. Ye ah. Almost eve single person that tells me about the programme tells me some version of what you just said. They say, dod, i thought it was going to take up all my time.
