What Does the College Scandal Say About Current Parenting?

I know a lot of parents who have huge resources and the ones who don't. Some parents go way too far in actually carrying their kids over the finish line. The brazen pursuit of whatever I can buy with whatever money I have, because therefore it's okay, that's not who we are. That's not us at our best. When people start becoming disconnected from their privilege and don't actually feel like they have to work for the contribution they get to make, they lose sense of their compass.
