The majority of investing is still done in a discretionary manner. I think you're right that the most scientific way of investing has basically made large inroads over the last 20 years. But at the same time, I'm not sure that that will gravitate to everybody investing in one way. There is a role for hedge funds in the economy and it's not just necessarily the investors themselves that invest in them.
