How Do You Approach Learning When You've Always Got a Unique Approach to Leadership?

I love the question because I have a very sometimes you answer like, I don't know. Mine is completely observing and experiencing things. And often it's my own pain or my own angst about what I'm seeing. So I never sit down and go, you know, the next book we write has to be about this. It would be something I've gone through with my companies went through a client's I'm working through it gone through for me.
