The Neuroscience of Consciousness

In urban neuroscience theory, particles have basic dispositions such that when there's more integrated information in the whole system than its parts, the system as a whole becomes conscious. So if that turns out to be the true theory of the neural correlates of consciousness, then combining it with this Panagentius view, we say that particles have these basic dispositions for becoming conscious.
