Is There Value in Getting All the Standard Operation Procedures Put in Play?
Inside our business, on a non creator type level, just people are a bit like, we just had this conversation i think last week and or this week in our tea meeting. And for a lot of people, that's exactly what they need to feel like, ok, thos, i can do this. But then there's other times you're like, yes, but the amount of time that's going to go into figuring that out is really long. So it's not right or wrong. There is a healthy tension in between both of those extremes.
