The Past Isn't Past

Most of these letters are about those childhood wounds or patterns that were inflicted in a sort of family system. And they're picking up on something we explored actually several months ago on the episode The Wounded Child Within. We had such a strong response to that episode and we kept encountering letters that were really about this question of it is the past damning my present and future. So we wanted to engage with some of those.
