When you have a heartware component as part of your product, yes. And i'll even brought this to any regulated environment. I think for us what was really important is to understandik the confines of the arena that we're playing it. It's interesting when you get software engineers in charge of hardware, they don't realize what are the hard things and what are the easy things? You know, many problems in soft ware have analogies. Hardware can have tectat that's like spiralling out a control,. Things are duct together, or wou can have a process to try to detect us. As we think about, you know, that the future of hardware gets a lot
Andrew Conner, Co-Founder and Engineering Leader at Levels, joins us to share his journey of leading an engineering team at a company with a strong hardware component.
