I think there's something interested in actually looking at how there can be alternative organizations that really organize at an international, transnational layer. And we have those, right? We have like extinction rebellion, et cetera. But oftentimes they have a very antagonistic or contrast, like rebellious type of approach. A network state could potentially acquire some type of diplomatic recognition independently of the territory and become therefore an actor in international relationship because it connects an interface also with national governance.
