How to Avoid Intermittent Fasting

When your blood sugar is dysregulated, if it's a bit all over the place, this puts the body under a lot of stress which can actually impact your gut. If you have even one of these symptoms, approach meal spacing slowly and gradually, even if you know you have SIBO or other gut issues. Have a healthy fat and protein with each meal and snack, eat every two to three hours and gradually work your way up to larger breaks between meals over the next few months. Aiming to get towards that four to five hour break.
