The Importance of Communication in Freelancing Projects

With the bigger companies you definitely need to spend more time communicating. I would say that it's, I personally love to experiment with different ways of working and like designing. So my new last thing, which I'm really excited about is like try to go or go more with the workshops before it was like design sprints. But now it's like, oh, let's design custom workshops. Let's put five people in a room together for five days and see what works out over there. And coming back again to the question: How do we define processes sometimes? That could be a huge factor but also budgeting can help as well.
