Creative Director, What Are They Looking for From Me?

Creative director can mean so many things in different companies. You don't fully know what a roll is until you're in it, right? And youre like, nono. This is what they mean by this common task. So i would for sure have that 30, 60, 90 day success conversation with my manager and be focused on why the company needs this roll.
